Are my genuine incoming mails secure?

BSpam does not store the actual contents of your mail, it assigns a value to only those mails reported as spam and these values are stored in the BSpam database in a coded form thus ensuring complete privacy and protection of your data.

How do I remove someone from the 'Spam' list if they have accidentally been added to the 'Blocked Senders' list?

If an e-mail is incorrectly identified as spam and goes into spam folder, please go to the spam folder and report that e-mail as ‘Not Spam’. It will be permanently removed from the 'Blocked Senders' list.

Or

Alternatively, you can add this blocked e-mail address to the ‘Approved Senders’ list by navigating to the menu item 'Approved Senders' and adding the particular e-mail address. Once added to ‘Approved Senders’ list, the mail will no longer be treated as spam.

BSpam tool bar disappears in-spite of reinstall, how do I configure my Microsoft Outlook to make it appear?

It is probably because BSpam is disabled in your Microsoft Outlook configuration. To configure your Outlook, please run the 'BSpam_Recovery.exe'. This particular exe is available in the directory where BSpam application has been installed in your computer.

Please close Microsoft Outlook and then run the 'BSpam_Recovery.exe'.

Or

If you are running Outlook on XP/2002/2003, you can also perform the following:

1. Select About Microsoft Outlook from the Help menu
2. Click the Disabled Items button
3. Select BSpam for Outlook PlugIn
4. Click Enable
5. Restart Outlook

Yes. You can add domain names to the approved senders list or the blocked senders list. The e-mails coming from the approved senders domain will not be considered as spam. If you add domain names to the blocked senders list, all the e-mails from these domains will be considered as spam.
